Rental Contract

CONTRACT FOR HOUSE RENTAL IN BARGA, LU, TUSCANY, ITALY.

This agreement is made this ______________________________________________ between _______________, Sales agent for Barga Properties, and ______________________________ residing _________________ Telephone Number _____________ e-mail ______________________.

Barga Properties and the undersigned agree to rent the furnished house __________________________ in Barga, Tuscany between the dates of ________________ and ________________ for US $___________ per week (one week minimum), for a total of US $_________________ which includes a reasonable amount of utilities (heating excluded). Linen and bathing towels are also included.

The party is composed of ___________ adults and ___________ children of ages ___________.

To secure a reservation, a down payment for one half of the total amount is required. This amount is non refundable. The remaining balance, plus a refundable security deposit of US $ 100, is payable no less than three weeks before occupying the premises. The remaining balance is also non refundable. The security deposit will be refunded normally within four weeks after leaving the premises. Any and every damage or loss to the property will have to be paid for; if the security deposit is not sufficient to cover the damage or loss, the guests will be charged for the difference. The guests are expected to leave the premises in a reasonable state of tidiness and cleanliness. Guests will be charged if extra cleaning is required.

By signing this contract, the guests acknowledge that every member of the party is protected by suitable health and accident insurance. Barga Properties, any and all of the owners, associates, or agents are in no way responsible for any accident occurring on the premises.

Upon payment of the charges, guests will receive travel instructions and the name and telephone number of Barga properties representative for collecting the key and accompayning to the house. Guest are asked to arrive between 1 P.M. and 7 P.M. and to depart by 12 P.M of the last day. Guests are requested to contact the representative with an estimate of the time of arrival and to notify the expected departure time so that the representative can be present to collect the keys. Deviation from these guidelines need be agreed upon in advance and may incur in additional charges payable to the representative.
